No-Show Cancellation Policy

At Whole Body Health, we strive to provide the best care for all our patients. To ensure that we can maintain our schedule and offer appointments to those in need, we have implemented a no-show cancellation fee for current patients.

No-Show Cancellation Fee:

• A fee of $50 will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Why We Charge This Fee:

• Respect for Time: Dr. Gustitus sets aside dedicated time for each patient. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering that time to other patients in need.
• Operational Costs: The fee helps cover the operational costs associated with missed appointments, ensuring we can continue to offer high-quality care.

How to Avoid the Fee:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other patients and adjust our schedule accordingly.
• You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling or texting our office at 571-378-0108.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a legitimate reason for missing your appointment, please contact our office to discuss possible waivers or rescheduling options.
